Great to see Redditch Utd’s new First Team Manager James Fry popping down to Seal Personal Training this week to catch up with his former colleagues and clients.

James was a brilliant personal trainer before he went into full time football management.

Jimmy spent 30mins with his former boss Ali who enjoyed putting him through his paces again.
