Want to learn to swim? Or simply want to swim more efficiently?
This October, we have the opportunity for you.
We are running two Swimming courses at Sleaford Leisure Centre.
A beginner's course and an advanced course.
Who are they for?
The beginner's course is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of swimming.
We will get you moving through water, you will learn how to breast stroke and potentially how to progress breast stroke to front-crawl(If you so desire!)
The advanced course is designed for those who can already front-crawl.
It is a build-up platform of indoor coaching to progress into the outside swim season ready for Triathlon in 2027.
You must already be able to complete between 200-400m Front Crawl to attend the progressive course.

A fully inclusive group of walkers, joggers and runners.

We have had a new member join in 17 of our last 18 sessions.
