⭐️ Sponsorship Appreciation ⭐️

Huge thank you to James McLen at McLen & Co for kitting us out with some absolutely awesome new gear from DRC Race Leathers ! 🏁🔥

We’re now fully suited up with new leathers, gloves and a chest protector on the way, we couldn’t be happier with how it all looks and feels.

The quality, fit and finish are spot on, and we’re proud to represent McLen & Co on track. 🏍️

Thank you for your continued support — it’s massively appreciated!

Unfortunately due to a technical issues with the bike we’ve decided to pull out of the rest of the weekend for both rider and bike safety.

Just want to thank everyone that’s helped me out trying to get to the bottom of these gremlins and an apology to everyone who came all the way to support me this weekend. We’ll be back for the next round at Donington at the end of July 🏁

Absolutely gutted for all the hard work RJS Superbike has put in to the bike since the last round, the bike was an absolute rocket ship on Friday 🚀 even beat my PB by another 2 seconds and had plenty more to go.

Round 4 with Bemsee at Cadwell Park – what a weekend!

Only the second time we’ve been out on the new Triumph, so to come away with 2x 2nd places and a 6th is something we’re really pleased with.

Saturday

Qualifying
We lined up at the front of the pack with the intention of getting a couple of clear laps in, but for some unknown reason we had a starting issue. Either way, we managed to get out towards the back and it took a few laps to work through the traffic and find some clear track. Despite that, we managed to qualify 4th.

Race 1
I held 4th place until around the midpoint of the 12-lap race, where I managed to pick off two riders through Hall Bends to move into 2nd. From there, I pulled a 4-second gap to 3rd but didn’t quite have enough to close down the leader.

🥈 P2

Sunday

Race 2
We gambled on tyres for Race 2 and decided to run a used rear tyre. Unfortunately, it didn’t work in our favour. I got into a battle with the front runners during the opening laps, but the tyre began to lose grip on corner exits. After a few close calls, I had no choice but to back off the pace and bring the bike home safely.

P6

Race 3
Starting from 4th, a crash at the Bus Stop on the opening lap created an opportunity, allowing me to move up into 2nd before the end of lap one. I didn’t quite have enough in the tank to catch the leader and, despite a few mistakes along the way, crossed the line just 3.8 seconds behind.

🥈 P2

A massive thank you to everyone who helps make these weekends possible.

We’re learning more about the new bike every time we head out, and the pace is getting stronger with every ride. Looking forward to the next one! 💪🏁

I’ve been a bit quiet lately, but as most of you know, I’ve got a new bike – the Triumph 765 Moto2.

We’re out at Cadwell Park this weekend with Bemsee, and despite having very little time on the bike, I headed out for qualifying and managed to put it P4, just 0.8 seconds off P1.

I’m super happy with that result and feeling really positive about the pace. I can’t wait to get stuck into Race 1 and see what we can do.

A huge thank you to RJS Superbike – none of this would have been possible without their support.

Let’s go racing! 🏁💪🏍️

P.S. Before anyone mentions it… yes, the bike will be getting a new look soon! Along with some fresh leathers, thanks to James McLen - MCLEN & CO 👀🎨

Round one with No Limits Racing NLR - HQ at Snetterton ✅

Weekend hasn’t gone how we wanted, but honestly it’s exactly what we expected.

Qualified P8- 1:59.6

Race 1 - P9 1:58.9

Strong start and a solid race overall — was running P7 for a good stretch.
Unfortunately, a rider ahead had a technical issue that sprayed oil onto the front of my bike, which killed my grip and vision which forced me to drop back.

Race 2 – P8 – 1:59.2
Started P8 on the grid.
A challenging race with a few issues along the way, including the bike cutting out, which cost valuable time and allowed P5, P6, and P7 to pull a gap.

Race 3 – P9 – 1:58.9
Started P9. A slight collision with another rider into Turn 2 made things tricky early on, and on lap 3 I hit a false neutral which forced me to run wide — losing two places I had just gained.

Overall, a very frustrating weekend. It’s tough seeing all the hard work pay off in the corners — making moves and gaining ground — only to lose it all on the straights where other bikes come past like I’m stood still.

We’ve had a really difficult winter, being messed around by an engine builder. The bike was back and forth for over 7 months with constant issues and lack of power, which left us no time before Round 1 to get it sorted.

Time to reset and move forward.

The bike will now be in the hands of our new sponsor RJS Superbike to get properly sorted and built how it should have been in the first place.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to watch and support, and to those at home following along — it really means a lot 🙌

And a massive thank you to the sponsors who make this all possible:

Race 1 Result: P9 – 1:58.9 🏁

Strong start and a solid race overall — was running P7 for a good stretch.

Unfortunately, a rider ahead had a technical issue that sprayed oil onto the front of my bike, which killed my grip and vision which forced me to drop back.

Brought it home safely in P10. Not the result we were pushing for, but positives to take into the next one 💪

On the bright side, that lap time puts me P8 on the grid for Race 2 tomorrow at 09:35 — ready to fight back 👊
