Never Forgotten 🇺🇸

Today, on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I wanted to show my own small mark of respect to those who made the ultimate sacrifice while trying to save others.

I completed 110 floors on the StairMaster, representing the 110 floors of the Twin Towers, followed by 343 burpees — one for each of the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives that day.

It was only a physical challenge, but every floor and every burpee had a meaning.

In remembrance of those who ran towards danger when others were running away. Also remembering FDNY Firefighter Aaron Clark RIP

This Saturday we go again for our FINAL HYROX SIMULATION OF 2026! 💪

For some, it’s a final test before taking on HYROX Birmingham. For others, it’s about experiencing a HYROX simulation, testing their fitness and seeing exactly what they’re capable of.

🧠 No matter your age, you never stop learning, developing new skills and evolving to keep your knowledge up to date.

🔥 I’m proud to announce that I am officially a HYROX Level 2 – Mastering Performance Coach! 💪

I’m not going to pretend that was easy… it was genuinely one of the most demanding — and at times frustrating courses I have taken.

The course involved learning from 18 world-class HYROX experts across 10 in-depth modules, covering performance, physiology, biomechanics, injury risk, athlete development, nutrition, female athlete health, masters athletes, adapted athletes and much more.

After completing all 10 modules, it finishes with an in-depth written exam testing the knowledge gained throughout the course.

For me, continuing to learn is a huge part of being a coach. It’s not just about adding another qualification to the list — it’s about enhancing my knowledge to the highest level so I can pass that knowledge on to the people I coach.

I Will be giving everyone a little break from the ‘extra’ summer holiday Deka classes I have been putting on tonight 17:30.

So tonight it’s ’Hybrid Games’ teams of 2
5 events in total but only releasing one of them.
