If you can stop the foot in the box first time...
You might also be able to snag one of my appointments before surgery in July π
Thankfully, unlike this game, the clinic won't disappear.
My family of podiatrists will be holding the fort while I recover, so you'll still be looked after.
Now, how many attempts did it take? π

Lucy Beaumont Podiatry
Contact information, map and directions, contact form, opening hours, services, ratings, photos, videos and announcements from Lucy Beaumont Podiatry, Sports, Selby.
A dedicated Podiatrist with a deep foundation in biomechanics and rehab - specialising in bespoke, results-driven care for athletes, strength-focused individuals, and high performers who demand precision and long-term wellbeing.
I'm Lucy π
A Podiatrist who spends almost as much time in the gym as she does in the clinic.
I live and breathe sport, strength training, and rehabilitation. Not just professionally, but personally too.
Over the last couple of years I've rehabbed surgeries, a hyperextended knee, and most recently a complex foot injury that's still keeping me on my toes... metaphorically speaking.
That lived experience shapes how I practise.
I understand the frustration of setbacks.
The mental battle of injury.
And the feeling of wanting to get back to doing the things you love.
Whether you're an athlete chasing performance, a busy professional managing pain, or someone who just wants comfortable feet again, my goal is the same:
Keep you moving.
From injury rehabilitation and biomechanics to corns, callus, fungal nails, ingrowing toenails and routine foot care, I'm here for all of it.
Because Podiatry isn't just about feet.
It's about helping people get their lives back.

The podiatrist: ποΈπποΈ
A reminder that podiatrists don't just deal with feet.
We're lower limb specialists.
Feet.
Ankles.
Knees.
Hips.
Lower back...
And all the weird things that happen in between.
This clip is from my own rehab after my foot injury. Around 6-8 weeks in, I couldn't even fully straighten my leg during nerve flossing.
Madness.
Injury doesn't just affect the injured area. It affects how you move, load, compensate, and function as a whole.
Which is exactly why good rehab looks beyond the foot ππΌ

Thereβs a big difference between temporary reliefβ¦ and actually getting answers π£

Some things can waitβ¦ painful feet canβt π£
First time seeing a Podiatrist after struggling with ongoing pain that was gradually getting worse β especially long days on their feet at work and hours spent driving.
After a proper assessment, we got to the root of the problem and put the right treatment plan in place to get them back to feeling comfortable, confident, and gym-ready πͺπΌ
Because foot pain shouldnβt just be something you βput up withβ
