Great session for our Advanced Player Development group tonight. ⚽️
Coach Josh demonstrated movement off the ball in a 2v1 scenario, focusing on the overlap. The next video shows the players listening, learning, and then putting the new skill into practice with confidence. 👏⚽️💨

Sessions are still going ahead tonight.
Following the FA guidance on extreme weather (heat), the session will be heavily adapted so the drills are much less intense than our usual sessions.
We are also on the far pitch which becomes shaded around 6pm.
Players are advised to bring plenty of water, hats and sun cream pre applied. ☀️ ⚽️
