My name is Sue Hodgkinson, I am a qualified yoga instructor, teaching in the Salford area. I was a dancer for 17 years and when I started to lose my flexibility I turned to Yoga. I now would like to pass what I have learned on to all ages and ability levels. you can improve your strength and flexibility at any age! I teach classes for groups and one to one tuition from my home.

One last evening of classes The Life Centre North tonight 5.30pm dharma flow & 7pm hot60 then I’m off for a few weeks. I’ll be back teaching Tuesdays only on 25th August 🙏

This Friday will be my last candlelight yoga and yin & nidra. After over a decade. So if you’d like to do one last candlelight yoga with me this Friday come along, also if you can’t make Tuesdays drop me a message to say goodbye ❤️ I will be sad to let this one go but it’s gotten too much from Crewe and getting stuck in the Friday traffic.
You can still practice with me Tuesdays, I am off for 3 weeks in August however so my last Tuesday before holiday is 4th August and I will be back on the 25th Tuesday The Life Centre North 🙏❤️🥺
