My name is Sue Hodgkinson, I am a qualified yoga instructor, teaching in the Salford area. I was a dancer for 17 years and when I started to lose my flexibility I turned to Yoga. I now would like to pass what I have learned on to all ages and ability levels. you can improve your strength and flexibility at any age! I teach classes for groups and one to one tuition from my home.
