What a fantastic Wellbeing Friday we had last week! 🌈✨

Our members enjoyed a day filled with fun, creativity, relaxation and plenty of opportunities to focus on wellbeing. From nature walks, pebble painting and chair yoga to meditation, healthy snack tasting, smoothie making, pan drumming and music, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We also got creative with sensory toy making, colouring and painting pots, while enjoying some well-deserved nails and hand massages! 🌸🎨🪴
