We worked on teeps, teep defence, sparring and overall fitness — and there’s honestly some serious talent coming through! 👊

It’s amazing to see the kids developing their skills, confidence and fitness each week. 🙌

Unfortunately, there will be no session next week, but we’ll be back and ready to go the following week! 🥊
