Our Joints & Mobility class is designed to help you stay active and confident in everyday life. Regular mobility and appropriate strengthening work is a regular part of the class. Helping people with bad knees, hips, shoulders. Regain their confidence and join like minded people
The benefits of this class is seeing people developing week on week and becoming independent and pain free
A huge congratulations to everyone celebrating our 2-year anniversary. 🥳👏 What started as an exercise class has become a brilliant little community.

Summer camp update! From last week’s Ruthin School Closure our summer camps have now moved to Ysgol Bro Cinmeirch Llanhaedr.
