It’s free , zero cost to yourselves, it’s an hour or so out of your time as a parent, it’s an opportunity to get them into something active and off computer screens , it’s the start of the holidays let’s get this moving and get them moving. If you could help me out and please share this I’d be grateful I’d like to see the place full of kids and adults enjoying themselves.

Arriving later this week.. fully refurbed life fitness pro1 incline press. We already have some of their original pro1 line series in the gym and this is another one. Originally released in 1994 it’s the line that life fitness made their reputation from, robustly built kit from, 32 years later still going strong and still a piece that gyms love.

Just remember if you like to train in the daytime why not take advantage of our off peak monthly pass.. train between the quieter hours of 10am-130pm and it’s just £20 per month, yes £20 per month..

Also remember if you join us from another gym where you have a direct debit setup and join on our direct debit scheme we will cover your first month free. Get ask for more than that

Tired of your commercial pure gym and JD etc, I would be aswell. Independent gyms are much better vibes, less fannying around , more training. If you wanna do 5 sets of text messages or wait for someone to finish their phone call before doing a set then pure gym is the right place if not and your looking for an independent gym then pop me a message. Show us your a current paying member at a gym and sign up to our DD scheme and we will cover your first month.. a month for free , Can’t beat that for a deal.
