A few of the bespoke reception desks we’ve had through the JSF workshop recently. 👌 All made to be dismantled and fully reassembled on installation.

Combining Corian®, EGGER laminates and MFC decors to create practical, hard-wearing reception areas with plenty of visual impact.

Bespoke. Built to last. Made by JSF.

Quality, scale, and traditional craftsmanship — all in a day’s work.

We’re proud to showcase a selection of bespoke solid timber doors recently completed by JSF

Two single doors:
• One supplied primed white, ready for final finishing on site.
• One manufactured from Prime European Oak, ready for oiling to enhance the natural beauty of the timber.

And then the big boys:
• Two sliding barn-style doors measuring an impressive 4.25m high × 1.5m wide × 70mm thick.
• Panelled on both sides and supplied primed white, ready for an artist to create a truly unique finish on site.

What sets our doors apart is not just their size or appearance, but how they’re made.

Every door we manufacture is constructed using traditional mortice and tenon joinery — the time-tested method that has stood the test of centuries. We don’t rely on shortcuts; we build our doors the proper way, creating strong, durable joinery designed to perform for generations.

From bespoke feature doors to oversized architectural joinery, we have the expertise, facilities, and manufacturing capacity to deliver even the most demanding commercial projects.

Whether it’s a single door or a complete package of specialist joinery, no timber requirement is too big, too small, or too complex.

Built traditionally. Built properly. Built to last.

We’re pleased to announce a major investment in our manufacturing capabilities—an 81kWh solar panel installation at our facility. We knew our roof had potential other than protecting us from the elements!

But this isn’t just about us—it’s about what it means for our clients.

By generating our own renewable energy on-site, we’re able to:
• Improve long-term cost stability in an unpredictable energy market
• Reduce the carbon footprint of the products we deliver
• Strengthen the resilience and reliability of our production

For our clients, that means more sustainable joinery solutions without compromising on quality, consistency, or lead times.

It’s a step forward in how we operate—and in how we support the businesses we work with.
