Zak is currently enjoying his holiday, but that hasn’t stopped him getting his miles in! 👊
With gradings slowly creeping up over the next couple of weeks, he’s making sure he’s putting the work in towards his Junior Brown Belt.
Discipline goes a long way, and this is a great example of it. 💪

🥊 KICKBOXING ON THE FIELD! ☀️🔥
Yes, it was hot. Yes, it was sweaty. But these kids were absolutely phenomenal! 👏
Taking themselves out of their comfort zones, working hard and pushing through every drill exactly what we need when we’ve got BIG goals ahead. 💪
With gradings, tournaments and even the ISKA World Championships on the horizon, every session counts! 🌍🏆
Plenty of water was knocking about 💧, but there were definitely some very sweaty faces by the end! 😂
Proud of this team. Keep pushing, keep believing and keep chasing those goals! 👊
