Hello all, this week will be my last week teaching my adults class at Kidmore end. I’m in the process of securing another hall on a Monday but currently that is looking like it won’t be till towards September time. In the mean time from May onwards I’ll be teaching small classes in my home garden gym so do stay in touch.
Thanks everyone for your support over the last year and a half. It’s been so lovely to meet sooo many wonderful people! Watch this space and stay tuned for the next chapter!

Hi all, unfortunately I’m going to have to cancel class tomorrow as my household has come down with a horrible bug including myself. If you’ve paid for this week please get in touch and I’ll transfer your payment onto another week. See you all next week!!

Changes that are coming Feb 2026 ⭐️

1️⃣ I am increasing my prices from £5 per session for my PAYGO begginers class to £6 if you wish to book multiple sessions then a discounted rate will be offered.

2️⃣ I’m scrapping free trials due to continuous no shows.

3️⃣ I’m now opting for paying in advance rather than PAYGO due to demand. If you have paid and can not attend then you can contact me and potentially move your slot to another week.
