Thought I'd let you know the race went really well, 112 hilly miles without any issue whatsoever and feeling strong and amazingly no issues with my knees on my first marathon either!
I'm really pleased I came over to reading.

A huge thanks to my coach Adam White. I took on the awesome challenge this year of doing the l'etape du tour 2014.

Without Adam I don't think I would have completed the ride. 13 000 started and only 8600 finished.

Those climbing accelerations got me up Hautacam! Accelerating passed the slower riders got me to the finish line

Hi Adam, just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to get my fit right, almost 4 hours in the need but it all felt incredibly helpful and friendly. I clearly got the impression that you knew your science and physiology, looking forward to giving the new saddle a try.

All set at the southern cyclocross champs!

Fitted a rather special bike last week. Team Sky rider Ben Swift's bike from last year. Came complete with 140mm stem! Strangely enough Ben Swift's setup didn't fit Kate that well but with a new ISM Adamo Road saddle, narrower bars with a more shallow drop and a slightly shorter 110mm stem it is good to ride! Feel a little bad for basically dismantling Swift's old bike though...
