Last one....for now....

Bamboo ply and gloss black poplar ply kitchen in the Ducato conversion.

Includes fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, soft close drawers and pull out bin. Also has bespoke bamboo ply sink cover after I smashed the glass one in the workshop 👍🏻🤦🏻‍♂️

Looking forward to the next one already 😎

This is the bedroom and garage of camper conversion. King size double and full on garage with pressure washer, bike store and tool box underneath 😎

All made from scratch, from sheet material, through CAD and CAM, assembled and fitted on the fly. 🤓

Gonna post a few more of these over the next few days (if I remember)

Back to more regular programming here - some design & CNC work from earlier this year.

Designed a Birch Ply flat pack chest of drawers and storage cabinet for a customers built in wardrobe.

I was definitely relieved to get these pics and find they all fitted 😅

Definitely no CNC in this one - got the call to go and ‘help’ with some Oak framing for this ( forgot to take final pics, so you can’t tell ) lean to.

Chopped all the joinery, with water running out of the beams where they were so green!

Don’t think I’ll get any work building Japanese temples but it was fun.

No CNC on this one - Beehive style air conditioning unit cover.

All made in off the peg redwood - screwed, glued and plugged. Nothing fancy, but it did the trick.

Installed and finished by the customer.

These are magnetic thingamy whatsits to hold blackout blinds in position .

Always good to leave the backs un-sprayed, then realise they are seen from outside......🥴.....all back to the workshop for sanding and re-spray 👍🏻

Here’s some signage boards we routed a few months back - nice and crisp cuts with a 3mm twin flute spiral down cutter.

Engraved a pine furniture board with logo and slogan for a drinks cabinet lid today.

Gonna be filled with resin and finished by customer.

Knocked out a load of plane wing ribs on the CNC. Customer is building their own plane....to fly in. 🥴
