🍂We’ll be here all weekend, soaking up the September sunshine & enjoying this gorgeous stretch of the Thames.

🍂Hire boards available 11:00-1:00pm and 2:00-4:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. Book your board online via The SUP Life website. We’ll provide you with all paddleboard equipment plus buoyancy aids & dry bags.

What a day! We started in the pouring rain, and finished in glorious sunshine 🌦️

COPPAFEST ‘26 was a blast, to everyone who joined us for taster SUP sessions, it was great to paddle with you! If you’ve been inspired to spend more time on a paddleboard, come & see us again for lessons & SUP hire, we’re here every weekend throughout the summer season 🏄‍♂️

Thanks for a wonderful afternoon and huge thanks to Instructors .co.uk and for keeping the show on the road 🥳🏄‍♂️

And to your music kept us going through the rainier parts of the day!

Ah! The ways I entertain myself when setting up for a paddleboard event 😂

In this case, the manual pump beat the electric! Not sure I could repeat it 😅 one board was enough and yes, I know you can’t see me using the pump (still haven’t got the hang of camera angles) but believe me - I did!

So, if you’re ever lamenting the lack of an electric pump, this is just as efficient & you get a workout 💪🏼

We’re coming to the end of our 2026 SUP Yoga series. If this is on your wish list of paddleboarding activities, here is your sign to get yourself on a SUP yoga board 🧘🏻‍♀️

Tues 25th Aug, 1st & 8th Sept
6:30-7:30pm

We meet at The SUP Life shed, then paddle round to the floating yoga dock (you can do this bit on your knees if you prefer)

Once you’re at the dock, Emma helps you attach your board and then you are free to relax, safe in the knowledge that you won’t float away!

The session is designed for ultimate relaxation, you won’t be expected to perform complex yoga moves or headstands (unless you want to!) Emma caters for all levels of ability & energy.

Whether you’re a guest at the hotel, local or just visiting for the day, this mixed ability group is the perfect way to start your weekend.
