After what seems like MONTHS of waiting, the Falcons are finally back!

And what a way to kick off the new season!

It’s the 1st game of the season, and the girls are more than ready for the challenge ahead!

A new league brings new opponents, new challenges and plenty of opportunities to show just how much this group has developed.

The girls have worked hard, battled through pre-season and are now ready to put all that hard work into action.

And finally… leading the Falcons into 26/27, our Captain Darcie Renshaw

Darcie has been with the team since it was created two seasons ago and has been an ever-present member of the squad. She’s grown into a fantastic player and, more importantly, a brilliant leader for her teammates.

A true leader on and off the pitch, Darcie sets the standard with her attitude, hard work and commitment. She leads by example and is always there to support the girls around her.

We’re delighted to have Captain Darcie leading the Falcons into the 2026/27 season!

Next up - Arabella Shepherd!

Arabella joined us towards the end of our first season and joined us for her first tournament. Since then, she’s been ever-present and has developed into a very important player for the team.

With her direct style, strong running at defenders and scoring ability, Arabella is always a threat going forward. She’s also always willing to do the hard work for the team, putting in a great defensive work rate alongside her forward play

A fantastic player who continues to grow and develop we’re excited to see what the new 26/27 season brings! ⚽️

Next up - Sophie Toddington!

Sophie joined the team midway through our first year, and since then she has become a massive part of the team. Her versatility allows her to play in a number of positions, always putting the team first and adapting wherever she is needed.

Sophie is cool, calm and composed on the ball, making good decisions under pressure and showing great confidence in her play. Her hard work, positive attitude and willingness to learn have seen her develop massively since joining us.

We’re really looking forward to seeing Sophie continue to grow and make her mark in 26/27! ⚽️

Next up - Ophelia Hartigan!

Ophelia joined us during pre-season and has already made a real impact, both in training and on match days. Her work rate, energy and attitude have stood out from the start.

She also brings some fantastic defensive qualities, working hard to win the ball back and protect the team. A player who gives everything for the team and is a real asset to the squad. ⚽️

We’re delighted to have Ophelia with us for 26/27 keep working hard, Ophelia we’re excited to see what this season brings!

Next up – Jessica Wallwork!

Jessica returns for her second season with the Falcons. A hugely versatile player, Jessica can play in a number of positions, from goalkeeper all the way through to forward.

She showed her strength and versatility last season, helping the team out in both goalkeeper and defensive positions when needed. Going forward, her attacking mindset, finishing, work rate and determination make her a valuable player wherever she plays.

We’re looking forward to seeing Jessica continue to develop and make a big impact in the 26/27 season!

Next up – Indie Lord!

Indie joined the team in our very first season and has continued to grow and develop with us ever since. She’s a tricky and exciting winger who loves taking defenders on and making things happen.

With her quick feet, trickery, change of direction and direct running, Indie is always looking to get on the ball and cause problems. Her unpredictability makes her difficult to defend against, and she’s becoming more confident with every season.

We’re excited to see what this next season brings for Indie as she continues her journey in the 26/27 season with the falcons.

Next up – Evie Turner!

Evie is our newest addition to the squad, joining during pre-season and making an instant impact. Her box-to-box play brings energy, determination and confidence to her game.

With a fantastic work rate, Evie gives 100% for the team, loves a tackle and works hard to win the ball back. Her game awareness and passing help her read the game, keep possession and turn defence into attack. She brings great energy to every game and is always looking to make an impact.

A fantastic addition to the Falcons we can’t wait to see her continue to grow in the 26/27 season!

Next up – Myla-Mae Shiers!

Myla is one of our original members and has been with the team right from the very start. Over the last two years, we’ve seen her grow and progress massively, both as a player and as a person.

Starting with her fantastic control and first touch, Myla has developed into a confident winger who loves taking on defenders and making things happen. She has a real eye for goal and is always looking to get forward, create chances and contribute to the team.

It’s been brilliant watching her development so far, and we’re excited to see what the 26/27 season brings!

Next up – Jessica Procter

Jessica has been with the Falcons since day one, originally joining the team to play outfield before volunteering to step into goal and she’s never looked back!

Jessica has grown into a fantastic young goalkeeper, learning all the time and showing quick reactions, strong hands and great game awareness. She’s brave, reliable and always ready to make that big save when her team needs her.

From an outfield player to our number 1 what a journey Jessica has had! We can’t wait to see what the 26/27 season brings.
