Cricket on this weekend for Shireshead🏏
On Saturday the 1st team head to Kirkham & Wesham Cricket Club and the 2nds host Hawcoat Park CC.
On Sunday the 3rds travel to Heysham Cricket CLUB and the 4ths welcome Westgate Cricket Club.

Shireshead Cricket Club have seen a growing amount of dog faeces on the pitch in recent weeks. Our CCTV has picked up images of owners exercising their dogs on the ground. We are appealing to residents to stay off the club ground with dogs. Yesterday a player was smeared when he was diving for a ball on the boundary. The new club policy is that dogs are allowed during matches but must be on leads at all times.
I'm afraid the next step will be to identify the offenders publicly using the CCTV footage. Thankyou for your cooperation in this matter.
