TRI-M raised a considerable amount of money for 2 charities that have provided help for me personally and to the communities I among.

Although a little way off the target this won’t be the last of my efforts.

There is to much talking out there not enough action

THE 1000KM TRIATHLON

It was truly humbling and I am so grateful for the circle of people I have
