When you pay me. We have agreed to deal together. the tickets will be received at the agreed time. If you can´t attend the game and if you have received the tickets electronically, I cannot help sell them again. That's why I always wait until 3/4 days before kick off to have them sent out. If you want to cancel the tickets you have 24 hours to do so. Special situation by dealing at same date at the game, there is NO return policy. If you received tickets there is no more I can do. I will always try and sell them to other parts if possible. Price is between old buyer and new buyer. I always charge a full amount, which includes my fee and the price of the tickets.
