Plymouth True Blues Sunday’s FC

A very positive start to pre-season for both sides today, with valuable minutes in the legs and a highly competitive contest between two strong teams.

The Sunday side came away with a 2–1 victory over the 2nd team in what was an excellent inter-club friendly. The scoreline was secondary to the performance, with both teams showing great commitment, quality, and a real desire to compete.

Conditions were extremely demanding in the heat, making it a tough test physically, but both squads worked hard throughout and can take plenty of positives from the afternoon.

A great way to kick off pre-season, with plenty to build on as we continue our preparations for the new campaign. Well done to everyone involved.

Pre-season gets underway this Saturday as our 2nds and Sunday side go head-to-head in an in-house friendly at Foulston Park🔴⚪️🔵

A chance for both squads to get valuable minutes in the tank, ahead of a busy pre season and the 26/27 campaign. With plenty of quality on show and both teams eager to impress, it promises to be a competitive and entertaining afternoon!

As Plymouth True Blues FC now fields four teams — our 1st Team, 2nd Team, Sunday Team, and Women’s Team — we feel that managing all updates through one platform will provide greater clarity and consistency for our players, supporters, and followers.

Each team will continue to receive individual coverage, match updates, and club news, but all content will now be shared through the main Plymouth True Blues FC account.

Plymouth True Blues Sundays are now under new management and are seeking new players for the upcoming season where we will be heading into the Sunday Premier Division.
We are looking to add some players to strengthen an already solid team that we have and build off of last seasons success.

Plymouth True Blues Sunday’s are looking for a new management team & players to take the club forward.

After a number of successful years together, the current management team have decided to step away, which now creates a fantastic opportunity for the next group of lads to continue building on what has been achieved at the club.

This season has been one to remember, securing the double by winning both Division 1 and the Challenge Cup. Promotion to the Sunday Premier Division now awaits, and a large core of the squad are keen to stay together for the next chapter. 🏆🏆

Ideally, we are looking for an existing team or management setup who would be interested in coming under the Plymouth True Blues name and continuing the journey. Keeping the club and its identity within the Sunday League is incredibly important to us. However, if needed, we are open to restarting in a lower division to ensure we find the right people and the right long-term fit for the club.
