Looking forward to a new (school) year . This is when a lot of people look for a meaningful physical activity. Perhaps consider Aikido- physical according to ability, age, and health. Aikido encourages calmness, flexibility, balance and movement. Self defence and building-confidence applications . Mental health ( via Mind-body-spirit) benefit. Community club with a focus on benefit. Friendly and supportive. Equality - men and women of all ages can work respectfully together. Instructors are not income earning as we are all volunteers so prices should be within all budgets. Interested? Want more detail?
