This weekend!

We are entering a Peterlee Town Tournament at Lowhills Road, ran by the u15 team in our division, next season.

Lots of positives from our pre season games so far.

Food and drink is available to be purchased from Grind & Pour (One of our player Sponsors!) - Toasties and paninis on Saturday. There will be hot drinks , cold drinks , iced coffees lots of different flavoured syrups , crisps , muffins , donuts and chocolate bars 😊.

We took on Hetton Juventus in a preseason friendly this morning.
Game finished 3-3.

Goals from Jacob x2 and Logan x1.

We went into half time with the lead and looked relatively comfortable. With Hettons keeper pulling off some good saves.

2nd half starts, and the team had a crazy 10 mins and found ourselves 3 - 1 behind.

Very proud of the way the team kept composure and dug in hard to fight back to 3 - 3.

Couple more strong incomings in the next week or so, and the team will be a force.

POTM was split this week, between Jamie Maslin, and Zach Taylor Brown.

Jamie was outstanding at LB then again at LW never stopped running and was winning important tackles.

Zach started in CM and put a shift in, very rarely lost the ball, played vital passes and also made very important interceptions.
