Extremely proud PT moment this month at Infinity Hyrox 😁
For those of you who dont know my client Martin has had the goal of competing in Hyrox pretty much since he started with me in 2024 but we had just a minor set back in training last year when he only went and had a heart attack !! Not that it stopped him - as soon as he was fit it was straight back to work (I swear some days he is trying to give me the heart attack with his antics 😖). Slowly but surely we built back up to where we were and he got his first taste with joining Matts relay team less than a year after his heart attack 👏🏼

Im sure this is just the start for Martin and I cant wait to hear what youve got your sights on next 🤣 your determination is unmatched even if you NEVER listen to a thing I say ! 🤪
