Not only have i been chilling during the holidays but I’ve also seen this as the perfect opportunity to try a brand new class🤩

On Monday night I popped along to Soulsa & Rockbox with Serena’s Rockbox Recharge class and WOWW💥🖤🤘🏻

It had similar movements to beginners pilates which you all know I love, along with a full body stretch. I can only describe this as the perfect week beginner / mid week class to stretch and motivate you to move your body throughout the rest of the week🔥

If your looking to try something new and move your body I’d highly recommend Serena’s class!!🫶🏼
