Back to school means new classrooms, new routines, new friendships and plenty of new things to learn… and we know that our Superstars are taking lots of skills from Kixx with them! ⚽️🌟

Every Kixx session helps children build confidence, teamwork, communication, listening skills, resilience and friendships - all skills that matter just as much off the pitch as they do on it 👏🏼

Looking for a fun, positive activity that helps your child build confidence, develops football skills and make new friends?

At Kixx, our football academies see, hundreds of children aged between 2 years and 10 years old, combining fun football activities that help EVERY child grow in confidence 🧡

Join us on the 18th, 19th and 20th of September and come and discover the magic of Kixx and everything it has to offer 👐

Where and When?
- 18th @ Powerleague Peterborough, 6pm (4-6 year olds)

- 19th @ Powerleague Peterborough (2 to 10 year olds)

- 20th @ Lifestyle fitness Peterborough (4 to 10 year olds)

Spaces are LIMITED in each group, so booking is essential!

⚽️ WHY START FOOTBALL AT 18 MONTHS? 👶⚽️

Some people might ask, “Isn’t 18 months too young to start football?”

I’d say it’s never too early to introduce a child to movement, a ball and the joy of sport.

At 18 months, it’s not about tactics, winning games or becoming the next superstar. It’s about:

⚽️ Learning to move and coordinate
🏃‍♂️ Building confidence and balance
🧠 Developing basic motor skills
🤝 Learning to interact and play alongside others
😊 Having fun and creating positive experiences
❤️ Most importantly, developing a LOVE for the game

At this age, football should look like play — kicking a ball, chasing it, stopping it, running, laughing and exploring.

You’re not trying to create a professional footballer at 18 months.

You’re giving them an opportunity to discover something they might love.

The skills can come later. The pressure can wait.

Let them play. Let them explore. Let them fall in love with football. ❤️⚽️

This morning are superstars continued focusing on running with the ball but included a focus on beating a defender as well.

All the superstars were amazing and it is great to see the progress. 👏🏼

Whilst the school gates may have closed for the summer, the fun is only just getting started at Kixx! 🌞

Our hugely popular football classes run all summer long, making them the perfect place for children to build confidence and prepare for school or a new school year.
