Who is the Inspired Fight Team for?

Any member, adult or child, who actively wants to compete. You don't need to be the finished article. You need the desire and the willingness to work.

The path is simple: train with the team at squad, hold the standard, and earn your place representing us at real competitions. You can do the Academy alongside your normal classes or instead of them. It's a step up, not a replacement.

First squad: Sunday 16 August, 2pm, Hampton. Bring the right attitude and we'll build the fighter.

The Summer Sizzler 2026 is back! 🔥

Take a look at some of the excitement from last years Summer Sizzler! We only intend to make it better this year!

From Open Martial Arts and BJJ classes, to community stalls, a bbq, character meet and greets, fun fitness challenges, beat the pokemon trainer, a tombola and so much more, this is the event to attend on the 15th August!

9am onwards, we are running this event for YOU! We want you to gather your friends and family, join the community event, and have FUN!

To make the day even better, we are raising money for the Tiny Tickers Charity once again!
