Today we made the short trip across to Scone for our next match in the League Cup section.

The first half was a stuffy affair and despite going in 2-0 up at the break the coaching staff weren’t happy with the performance. The half time team talk emphasised for the boys to get on the ball , find space and how to be ourselves in the game.

2nd half things were much improved and we felt we dominated from start to finish. On the whole it was a dominant display where we could’ve scored a few more goals. Well done everyone!

MAN OF THE MATCH

Today’s awards went jointly to Lewis and Webo.
Firstly Lewis had a dominant performance at centre back. He was calm and composed on the ball, always making himself available for Cole in goals and strong and aggressive in the air winning his headers. Next up was Webo who continued his strong start to the season in midfield. He is strolling through games at the moment linking up play in both halves of the field, always demanding the ball and had a great assist for our 2nd goal. Well done Lewis and Webo 💪🏽😃🏆.
