✍🏼 MONDAY JOURNAL PROMPT

A little soft landing for the week ahead…

✨What would enough look like for me this week?✨

It’s so easy to move through our weeks with a quiet sense that we should be doing more. More work. More exercise. More plans. More progress. More.

But what if we asked ourselves what ✨enough✨ actually looks like?

Take a few minutes today to put pen to paper. Let yourself be honest. Perhaps enough is getting outside. Calling a friend. Finishing one important thing. Having an early night. Leaving some space in your diary. Or simply making it through a difficult week with a little more kindness towards yourself.

✨ I share a journal prompt here every Monday, so if you enjoy these little pauses, save them and make them part of your weekly practice. Add 10 minutes to your diary, make a cup of tea, put your phone away and give yourself a little space to check in.

Journaling can be a simple but powerful wellbeing practice… helping us process thoughts and emotions, make sense of experiences, notice patterns and create a little more clarity around what we need.

You don’t need to write pages. You don’t need to be “good” at journaling.

Just start with a question.

And this week, perhaps the question is simply:

What would enough look like? 🤎

Week 38 🎧 2026
I’m finding space for my values again. I know what they feel like now. They’re not just words plucked from thin air, placed upon a page. They’re a way of being. And I am being in them. The busyness feels different when they rise from a place of value. There is a deeper well to retrieve from and to nourish. Nourish I will.

2026, the year that everything changed.

The year the ground shifted beneath me in ways I hadn’t quite anticipated.

A new home. A new job. The ending of a relationship that had been part of my life for 16 years. New people, new places, new conversations. A different rhythm. A different version of ordinary.

The year I found myself in that strange space between who I had been and who I’m becoming.

Learning how to be alone. Learning how to let people in. Learning that community and solitude aren’t opposites, but both things we need. Learning that life can feel completely unfamiliar and still be full of possibility.

There has been overwhelm. There has been grief. There has been excitement, curiosity, laughter and a surprising amount of beauty.

Not everything has made sense.
Not everything has been easy.
But so much has been real.

And perhaps that’s what this year has given me most: a reminder that a life can change shape entirely, and you can still find your footing within it.

2026, the year that everything changed.

And I’m still discovering what that means. 🤍

Perhaps you don’t need to figure everything out right now.

Maybe for a few minutes, you can put down the things you’ve been carrying. The unfinished thoughts. The expectations. The conversations you keep replaying. The feeling that you should be doing more, being more, holding it all together.

“Nothing to Hold” is a gentle meditation for coming back to that softer place.

A little space between you and the day.
A little room to breathe.
A reminder that you are allowed to rest without having resolved everything first.

A soft landing into autumn 🍂

I’ve been thinking about how summer can sometimes give us little glimpses of the life we actually want to be living.

More time outside. More spontaneity. More connection. More slow mornings, long conversations, bare feet, swimming, wandering, doing things simply because they feel good.

Not necessarily because summer itself is magical, but because perhaps we allow ourselves to live a little differently in it.

So rather than asking what you did this summer, or even what you want to remember, I’m curious about something else:

✍🏼 What did summer reveal about what you need more of in your life?

More rest?
More adventure?
More community?
More time alone?
More beauty?
More space to do absolutely nothing?

And how might you make a little room for those things as we move into autumn?

Perhaps a soft landing isn’t about slowing everything down. Perhaps it’s about paying attention to what makes life feel good, and not immediately abandoning it when the season changes.

This week’s journal prompt:

✍🏼 What did summer teach you about how you want to spend your time, energy and attention, and what small changes could help you honour that in autumn? ✨

Week 37 • 2026

A rhythm of its own.

I’ve found myself in an interesting space between community and solitude. Throwing myself into conversations with everyone and anyone. Being vulnerable and open, and allowing space for others to do the same.

Learning more, so much more, about humanity. How we work. How we don’t. What shapes us, connects us, breaks us open. Fascinating times.

I’m learning to be kinder to myself, and to everyone else, too.

It feels as though so many people have experienced a big trauma or life shift this year. A reminder that our club is enormous, and everyone is welcome.

Allow yourself to be supported. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to want to be heard.

We’re not meant to do this alone. This life.

Choose community.
Choose hope.

September…

There’s something about this time of year that makes me crave less.

Less quantity, noise, busyness, stuff, chaos…

And more rest. Community. Beauty. Quality. Slowness.

I think we need both community and solitude. Time spent with other people, sharing conversations and experiences, but also time to come back to ourselves. To put the phone down. To breathe. To move our bodies. To write. To notice what’s around us.

As summer slowly softens into autumn, I’m trying to lean into that feeling rather than rush past it. To enjoy the changing light, cooler evenings, slower mornings and all the little signs that a new season is arriving.

So, a few September offerings from me 🤎

Little pockets of time to rest, connect, create and just be.

Maybe September doesn’t need to be about getting back into the swing of things.

Maybe it can be about slowing down enough to actually arrive.

Slowly, softly, leaning into the autumn that’s ahead of us 🍂🤎

🌿 JOURNAL PROMPT OF THE WEEK 🌿

What are you being invited to let change?

September is a threshold.

Summer hasn’t quite left, but autumn is beginning to whisper at the edges.

There can be a temptation to rush through these in-between moments. To decide what’s next. To start again. To get organised. To make plans.

But what if we allowed ourselves to simply notice?

✨ What feels ready to shift?
✨ What are you ready to leave behind?
✨ What do you want to carry gently with you into the next season?
✨ Where might you allow yourself to simply be in the in-between?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you step into the next season.

Perhaps September can be a soft landing.

A gentle transition.

A space to pause, reflect and arrive. 🍂

And if you’d like to explore this theme a little deeper, I’m co-hosting a FREE 90-minute journaling workshop at Yogalicious this Sunday, with the wonderful Self Love Sarah. 🤍

Week 36
A topsy-turvy week. Feel like life just spat me out of a washing machine spin cycle today 😂. Onwards we trudge.

My pondering for the day: What if heaven and hell are the same place? Just different perspectives? Can we shift the mind into seeing heaven in that wildflower instead of a w**d?
