Delighted to share our timetable from the 17th of May until the end of June. Classes with Suzi are bookable via our booking system and classes with other teachers contact them directly. Descriptions of the classes can be found on our website https://www.aweeretreat.scot/time-table A few events will be happening monthly and new classes are also in the pipeline! 💜

We've been in the shop all day today, unpacking stock and getting ready to reopen tomorrow Thursday 29th April! We are very excited to be back!

We are also starting to book clients in for 1-1 sessions.

The shop will be open starting tomorrow on Thur, Fri, Sat 10-5pm.

We have lots of lovely new stock and lots more still to come.

Friday at A Wee Retreat......Find balance, peace and nourishment for your body, mind and spirit in this special 2 hour workshop. The session will begin with a gentle Hatha based yoga class to restore your energy and bring balance throughout, and will be supported by beautiful sounds to help you go deeper. This will then be followed by a full sound journey and immersion into calming vibrations and frequencies to support your health and wellbeing. There is still time to book your place and have some well deserved me time this Friday 💜
