Good morning.😊
Im ready for my first day of the 30 minute yoga practice.
I started a morning practice during lockdown. I'm by no means an expert. I choose poses/movements that sometimes help me wake up, feel more energised, and ready for the day. Other mornings I may choose to feel quiter, calmer, and more in balance.🧘♀️
So here goes. Wish me luck.
