𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗛𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘆 👊
For clarity, we wanted to share the different roles within 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 and give everyone a better understanding of how our instructor team is structured.
Each member of the team is at a different stage of their own journey, developing at their own pace and building experience as they go. The important thing is having the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, with clear expectations, continued development and support every step of the way. 🥋
We’re really proud of the way the team works together to support our students, families and each other. 💛
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻, we’ll be putting a face to each role so you can easily identify who is who within the club.

Big emotions are normal. Learning how to manage them takes practice. 💙
Through Taekwon-Do, children learn to pause, focus and regain control when frustration starts to build.
Over time, they develop better self-control, stronger decision-making and the confidence to respond more calmly when things do not go their way. 🥋✨

Some children have endless energy — the key is giving them somewhere positive to use it. 🥊
Kickboxing gives children a healthy outlet to move, burn energy, improve fitness and build confidence, all in a structured and supportive environment.
They get to work hard, have fun and leave class feeling proud of what they have achieved. 💪🌟

Our Little Ninjas classes give them a friendly, supportive place to join in, build confidence and gradually feel more comfortable being themselves.
