This isn’t a holiday. It’s a 3-day training camp designed to push you physically and mentally.
💪 WHAT’S INCLUDED: • Fitness training throughout the camp
• Mind & life coaching — 1-to-1 & group sessions
• Must be physically fit and able to run for 30 minutes

A very proud day at the Academy being invited to sponsor the fantastic Inverclyde Leisure Aquathlon at Gourock Gym & Outdoor Pool.

David Noble and Inverclyde Leisure have built an amazing relationship over the years and I have never hidden the fact that I feel they are one of, if not, the leading Local Authority Leisure provider in the country!

The engagement with the local community is unrivalled and the leadership at the organisation is one of the finest I have had the pleasure of supporting!

Excellent branded T-shirts given to all participants.

And my wee helpers even got a place on the podium!
