⚽ INTRODUCING ADVANTAGE PRE-ACADEMY

A new night. A new venue. A new opportunity for our youngest players.

This season we’re launching our Pre-Academy programme for players aged 5–7, every Tuesday at Horspath Athletics Ground.

The Pre-Academy is designed to give young players the best possible start to their football journey.

Lots of time with the ball.
High-quality coaching.
Small-sided games.
Confidence, creativity and enjoyment.

All delivered within the Advantage environment, with a clear pathway into our older age-group programmes as players develop.

U9-U16 GOALKEEPERS. DEVELOP EVERY PART OF YOUR GAME.

Advantage Goalkeeping is built for ambitious goalkeepers ready to improve their technique, decision-making and confidence.

Led by Cesar Caro, Oxford United FC Head of Academy Goalkeeping, every session provides specialist coaching within a focused 6:1 coach-to-player ratio.

Handling. Footwork. Shot-stopping. Distribution. Crosses. One-versus-ones. Positioning. Decision-making.

Every goalkeeper receives the detail, repetition and individual challenge they need to understand their game and progress.

Groups: U9-U11, U12-U13 and U14-U16.

Advantage Performance is built for ambitious players ready to raise their standards and prepare for the next stage of their football.

Every Tuesday, players move from the gym to the pitch within one connected performance programme.
