One & half days this has taken me...another layer of top soil , weeding, trimming and moving plants and taking tired ones out....... This was very fulfilling, I am happy with the result. Thank you to Smithy for tackling the Rosemary as it had a huge spider in it!! 😳

Even with my challenges with my hip, I still showed up for me and my wellbeing.
I may not have trained but being with the group lifts your spirits.

Chest & Back

This was difficult to get into today - struggling with the new HRT that I have been taking since Friday.

Doctors called me whilst I was on holiday explaining the Gynaecologist Department has approved me to go back on HRT. All my tests were clear.

My coil comes out next week

I have been off HRT for just under 5 weeks, so starting back from beginning but with a different prescription.

Let's see how this goes!
