RESET FLOW IS BACK THIS FRIDAY 🧘‍♀️

If you’ve been thinking “I’d love to try yoga, but I’m not flexible enough / fit enough / experienced enough…” — this class is for you.

Reset Flow is a gentle, physio-led yoga class designed to meet your body where it is. No pressure. No keeping up. No experience needed.

Just an hour to move, stretch, breathe and reset at the end of the week. 🤍

Ready to leave the stresses of the working week behind and truly recharge?

Join us for our Friday Reset Flow—a supportive, inclusive yoga class led by an experienced physiotherapist. Designed to help you unwind, this session combines fluid yoga movements with a therapeutic approach, ensuring your body is supported and safe.

Whether you’re recovering from a desk-bound week, managing an injury, or just need to unplug, this class is entirely adaptive. We meet your body and mind exactly where they are.

✨ What to expect:
* Mindful movement to release weekly tension
* Clear cues to protect your joints and muscles
* A welcoming, inclusive environment
* Relaxation to leave you refreshed for the weekend

📅 When: 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 6-7pm. The next class is Friday 12th June

📍 Where: Brinklow Community Hall

Without her, House of Healing Collective wouldn’t exist.

Her cancer journey inspired a promise: to support the person, not just the diagnosis, and to take holistic cancer support into our communities and to the homes of those who need it most.
