🏀 Balkan ASG Pro Camp! …What an incredible experience

It was a pleasure to be part of such a professional and inspiring environment, both as a coach and as a learner. A huge thank you to all the amazing coaches for sharing their knowledge, experience and passion for the game.

So proud of our Iceni girls from who took part. Watching them work hard, challenge themselves, learn from great coaches and never give up was fantastic.

So many great memories, lessons and experiences to take away. Truly grateful to have been part of it!

ASG Basketball Camps are international training programs founded in 2007 by Serbian basketball specialist Aleksandar “Saša” Grujić, the camps focus heavily on individual technical skill, small-group circuit training, high-intensity repetitions, and tactical development.

🏀 U17’s…. Last but certainly not least we see our U17’s take on the rest of the Eastern counties in the final day of the years ICT.

First game at 9am at UEA Sportspark.

Congratulations to Alice, Evie, Lauren, Mya and Sophie other selection to the squad.

🏀 U11’s… what a fantastic morning of junior girls basketball!

Our girls did our club and Norfolk proud. Every single one went on court with such great enthusiasm, trying hard to put what they have learnt over the last few weeks in to practice.

They came up against some very tough opposition, had a nail biting game v Suffolk, and left everything on the court.

This was the first experience of such a great arena and tournament and all said how much they had enjoyed it, which is exactly the outcome we always want.

Coming third showed their absolute determination.

Thank you Coach Ruby, Asst Coach Lauren and TM Elsie for coaching and supporting these girls.

We wish them and the rest of the team the best of luck at the ICT tournament tomorrow at Essex University 🍀

🏀 NORFOLK BASKETBALL ….As we head in to the final weekend of Inter county basketball. We look back at the U13/15 fantastic achievements at their respective tournaments. Taking a Winners and 2nd spot following some very tough games against strong competition.

This tournament is a fantastic opportunity for our girls to experience a level up in their progress.

Good luck to Mya who will also be playing up in U17’s on Sunday.
