Nordic Walking Tas Valley is a Nordic Walking group based in Tacolneston. One cold day in January 2018, I decided that it was time to get off the sofa!

You can learn the basic NWUK technique in the Power of the Poles course, then join in guided group Nordic walks in the surrounding South Norfolk countryside and villages. Hi, I'm Carolyn and I discovered the joy of Nordic Walking as part of my recovery from burnout/chronic fatigue. I booked a Free Nordic Walking Taster session. I have loved everything about being in nature, breathing the fresh air

Have you ever wondered what's so special about Nordic walking? 3. Using the poles the Nordic walking way, promotes good posture and strengthens the core muscles. The more you do it the better it gets.

Have you ever wondered what's so special about Nordic walking? 2: Nordic walking is suitable for almost everyone. Whatever your age, fitness level or goal, Nordic walking can turn your walk into a workout. You don't have to be part of a group; you can just pick up your poles and head out the door. ( Although you can learn from videos or books, it is recommended that you receive technique guidance from a qualified instructor and advice from a Health Professional if you have medical conditions. We offer Free Taster sessions and Power of Poles Technique Intro courses from only £15.00 incl. a free guided walk.)

Have you ever wondered what's so special about Nordic walking? 1. IT FEELS GREAT!! Somehow it feels easier than normal walking. Your arms are sharing the effort, the poles propel you, you feel lighter on your feet and you can't help but walk faster. Hills are a breeze...not that that's a problem in Norfolk 😀

Beautiful countryside views, magical woodland, fresh air and a Nordic adventure walk that works your whole body harder than a regular brisk walk, yet somehow feels easier. Morning and evening sessions now available. Why not book a free taster session or sign up for the Power of Poles Intro Course to get started. Poles are available to use on all our Nordic walks. See you soon!

On our Nordic Adventure walks we love a good total body workout, but that doesn't mean we can't stop and appreciate the wonders of nature. I'm excited for what we will see on our walks this week.

Exploring the route from New Buckenham to Old Buckenham Country Park for a light lunch, while watching the red kites fly overhead. Come and join me on my next Nordic Adventure walk.

I had a lovely day exploring a walk from NWT Lower Wood, Ashwellthorpe to the wonderful Coffee shop, Fundenhall for refreshments. So grateful to be able to walk through the beautiful countryside and enjoy the sunshine. Thanks to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust/farmers/landowners for maintaining the footpaths and local pubs/cafes for keeping us nourished. We appreciate you.
