Chick Chat Run Club

Huge shoutout to all the amazing ladies who showed up and crushed it this morning! 🌞 On this blistering hot Sunday, you turned up ready for a serious sweat session 🥵 and gave it your all (or at least most of it!).
The best part? Our gorgeous local routes let us pick our own distance — so whether you ran the full stretch, walked some bits, or just listened to your body (and chatted your heart out), you nailed it.

Did we have a great Sunday morning? Absolutely YES! Can’t wait to sneak in some runs next week. And with the summer holiday vibes, remember — just drop a message in the group chat if you’re up for a run, and someone will be there to join you! ☺️💪

After a little summer holiday breather, we’re back to our Sunday morning runs – and tomorrow’s route is a beauty! 🌿✨
📍 Meet: Witton Mill car park (left after the tip & over the bridge)
🕤 Time: 9:30am
🏃‍♀️ Distance: 6.5km loop – but you choose how far you go!

The best bit? It’s one big circle, so whether you fancy the full loop or just a little less, you’ll still soak up those stunning morning vibes 💫 And of course… we’re just a stone’s throw from Starbucks for a post-run brew, cake & catch-up.

Tonight’s run is ON, ladies! 🏃‍♀️🌿
We’re meeting at Witton Mill car park (on the left after the tip and over the bridge) at 6:45pm for a 6.5km loop.
The beauty of this route? It’s one big circle – so go as far as your legs (and spirit) take you 💫 whether that’s the full loop or a little less.
Let’s hope Floris didn’t leave too much of a mess behind 🌬️🌳 but do keep your eyes peeled for any sneaky debris – and protect those ankles! 👀

Big thank you to all the girls who joined us on Sunday! 💛 We welcomed another lovely new face to the club, and it was such a perfect reminder of what Chick Chat is all about — community, flexibility, and a whole lot of encouragement.
Whether you ran 7K, 5K or just strolled for a chat, we all regrouped at the end for coffee and catch-ups — and that’s the magic ✨

SUNDAY RUNDAY 🌳☀️
This Sunday we’re switching it up and heading to the beautiful Marbury Country Park for our Chick Chat run! We’ll be meeting at 9:30am at the entrance just off the main car park – bring the good vibes and maybe a coffee for after 😏

I’ve planned out a 7km route for anyone who wants to give it a go, but the beauty of Marbury is YOU get to choose – your route, your pace, your distance. Whether it’s 3k or 10k, a jog, a run or a walk-and-chat, we’re here for it 💛

We’ll all regroup at the end to celebrate those Sunday morning wins – no matter how big or small.

I took the more scenic route with a walk and a good old natter with Chloe, proving that no matter your pace, you're always part of the crew. It’s all about moving, chatting, and enjoying the great outdoors together 💛

Oh — and the photo? Hands down the least aesthetic pic we’ve ever taken 🤣 The sun was blinding, the car park was rammed, and the view… well, need I say more? But hey, the vibes were top-tier and that’s what counts 💁‍♀️✨

We’re back at one of our favourite spots tonight – Carey Park, setting off at 6:45pm! 💛

I’ve mapped out a lovely little 5km route, but whether you fancy doing a bit less or feel like stretching your legs for a bit more – go for it. Take it at your own pace and in your own stride. 🐥

We’ll all regroup at the end and give ourselves a big high-five for showing up, getting outdoors and moving our bodies. 🌿💪

I’ll be honest… I really wasn’t feeling that run. Tried every excuse under the sun to dodge the distance (classic 🙃) but with a little encouragement and a lot of chatting, I made it through the full 8k!

The vibes were spot on once again – it was so lovely to take it easy and watch you all support each other, navigate the route like pros, and power through a seriously sweaty one. That was no easy route, but you showed up, stuck with it, and absolutely smashed it. Be proud 💪🔥

Now… who’s up for a shorter distance on Thursday? 👀😅 Let’s do it all again, just with less hill! 🏃‍♀️☀️

TUESDAY TURNOUT LOADING… 🐥🏃‍♀️🌿

Tomorrow is Tuesday 29th July and we’re back at it with an 8km route that’s serving up peak Northwich scenery! We’ll be meeting at 6:45pm at the Carey Park entrance (off Cumberland Street car park) and heading off on a route that takes us through Carey Park, Neumann’s Flashes, and over to Anderton before looping back — it’s basically a highlights tour with added endorphins 💪✨

Expect good vibes, gorgeous views and that post-run buzz we all secretly love. So… who’s lacing up and joining the crew tomorrow?

Well that escalated quickly… from “Brrr it’s a bit nippy” to “why is it suddenly 28 degrees and I’m melting?” 🥵 Huge shoutout to all the girls who showed up this morning despite the deceptively fresh start — the sun had other plans for us once we got moving!

A special welcome to the fabulous Lois who absolutely brought the energy and teamed up with Lizzy to lead the pack like pros 💪🏼 We LOVED having you join us and can’t wait to see you again soon!
