Not the results we wanted, but plenty of positives to take into the new season. 💪

The Pumas pre-season was always about building, testing and putting the foundations in place — and there were some really encouraging performances along the way. Signs of progress, new faces settling in, and plenty of positives to build on.
The results might not have gone our way, but the work continues. 🔥
Now it’s time to turn those performances
into points.

August is all about building fitness, sharpening up, and getting ready for the new campaign. Every game is another opportunity to improve, build chemistry, and test ourselves before the league season begins.

Starting tomorrow away against newly formed Kingsthorpe Jets who we are certain will provide a real test for us and a test that we’re buzzing for!

Pre-season progress 💪⚽
Our first 4 pre-season friendlies are done and dusted: 1️⃣ Win | 1️⃣ Draw | 2️⃣ Losses.

A couple of games against higher-level opposition, our lads have shown real character, effort and quality throughout. Every match has been a chance to test ourselves, learn, improve and build towards the season ahead.
Plenty of positives to take, fitness is improving, new partnerships are forming, and the squad is growing stronger every week. We’d rather be challenged now than comfortable.

Thanks to everyone who’s supported us so far and to the teams who’ve given us tough games. The hard work continues… let's see what August brings 👊🔥
