Looking for a sport that is truly for all the family? why not give judo a go, we have classes for every ability, all coaches have enhanced DBS clearance and 1st aid trained, train on a fully sprung floor and take advantage of our Battlefit classes to improve your over all fitness and well being
Perfect example when attacking not to spin out as your opponent is waiting for a nice foot sweep and generally you will be slightly off balance and more often than not you will be thrown
