Newport Vets FC play in the Welsh Veterans Football League and run sides at over 50s,55s, 60s ,65s & 70s.
We train every Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm at Llanwern High School NP18 2YE.

After a couple of useful pre season games over the last couple of days its back to training tomorrow evening and an inter club game.
As we are entering the season these are no longer open sessions and for club members only .

A busy few days coming up as well as the usual Wednesday training session we have a couple of pre season games . On Thursday a combined 55s&60s travel to Afontaf High School to take on Merthyr Vets and on Sunday our 50s make the short trip to face Cwmbran Celtic 40s .
Both will be useful workouts before the season starts in earnest in a couple of weeks time.
