Maisie had a fabulous time at Ross Harriers First Autumn hunt despite the rain and was perfectly behaved cantering across fields all in a snaffle. Jimmy is an ๐ผ๐๐-๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ-๐ผ๐๐ ๐ท๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ โ incredibly careful yet bold, with three athletic paces, fantastic stamina and a huge engine. Lightning fast against the clock and loves a jump-off. He will always help his rider out and nearly always jumps clear. Any faults are generally rider error.
Ridden in a rubber snaffle by a petite 7ยฝ-stone older rider, he would make an exceptional ๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ or suit a competitive BS teenager coming off ponies. He has the scope and desire for 1.40m with a more accurate rider than myself and the potential to be a very competitive CSI2*/3* horse.

Jimmy's first outing after little break and he didn't disappoint. Two faultless rounds for a win in 120 and second place in the 1:30 open. He felt fabulous and really tried for me and with the generous prize money at rectory more than earned his tea tonight.. thanks Jez Morse super groom and Greg Hill for the lesson this week that put us both in the right mind set for today.
Maisie 14.3hh Connemara sports pony 7 yrs doing what she loves beach / fun rides . Snaffle mouth totally Safe and fun. Seen hounds and ready for Autumn Hunting. Also lovely dressage and would excel showing, very clean limbs. Well mannered and easy to handle lives in or out and good doer. She really is the best but not one viewing so now reduced 75๐ฅ๐ฅ ono.

At South West Eventing we do backing too. In fact it's one of my favourite jobs bonding with young horses and teaching them the basics. Emerald a 3yr old pictured only arrived last Thursday and was slightly spicy on the first two days! Her owner had felt she was getting increasingly bored at home and needed some training and how right they were โบ๏ธ
She absolutely loves to learn and has so enjoyed her daily sessions lungeing long reining and getting her used to tack and the riders weight. We have really bonded and is proving to be a very brave and sensible mare so much so I got on today and she behaved perfectly.

Absolute super model of a horse who everyone stops to admire. Deryck was imported from the Netherlands in 2020 and largely hacked out in his first home so very low milage. He is green in the arena where he does need a lot of leg to get going. He is great to hack both alone and in company and in traffic and is completely safe in all ways. If he does spook you will only just stop and stare and just need to kick to get going again.
Deryck has been on hound exercise where he behaved perfectly and was lovely and forward without being strong or silly. Happy to be at the back and very good with both the hounds and other horses. He would be great for someone looking for a very smart but safe horse for hacking. fun rides hunting etc the happily goes at the front or back in a group ride and has followed another through water etc
He is very friendly horse and easy to handle. He loves being bathed groomed and fussed over and would be very successful showing. Good to box, travel. shoe, clip etc. No medical history he passed a 5 stage vetting last year. 12,95๐ฅ offers considered to 5 star home. Tack available by separate negotiation
