PT with LEA

PT with LEA My love for fitness began in 2021 at a point where I was overweight and had no confidence in going to the gym. Can i help you?

Through consistency, persistence and determination I am now a regular gym member and level 3 PT, fitness instructor and Hatton boxing coach. The gym has helped not only my fitness levels but also my nutrition and mental health, transforming my life entirely. I am now in a position to help others achieve this change, to find their passion for fitness and improve their lives. reach out to me by messaging me on here, my insta account or email [email protected]

Nearly 4 years ago, I started my fitness journey. Walking into BOX12 Newcastle under Lyme I had no idea the different direction my life would take. I found my passion! With the support of the box12 team I became a qualified PT and became a member of staff.
I thoroughly enjoy my Sunday shifts, especially the super Sunday class which has gone from strength to strength since August.

I have now accepted a job at another gym, I'm very excited to continue my fitness journey.

Unfortunately the hours do conflict with Box12. I will be leaving my Sunday shift in the new year.

So, get your self booked on my super Sunday class why you can 💪💪💪.

You will still see my face at the club as I will still conduct PT and Pad sessions PT with LEA

I'm very thankful for my box12 experience and friendships made throughout, will miss the team and the members.
