October Half Term Multisports Morning Camp 🍂

SA Sports are delighted to announce that following the success of our Summer Holidays Camp, tickets are now LIVE for our October Half Term Multisports Camp.

We are incredibly excited to be working in partnership with Thatcham Rugby Club again and making use of their fantastic facilities as part of our ever-growing relationship with the club.

With a wide range of exciting sports, activities, challenges and games scheduled across the four mornings, we are looking forward to providing children with an engaging, active and enjoyable experience.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage parents to book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that this club is for children who have recently started in Years 1-6 at their respective primary schools.

If you have any questions regarding the camp, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Following registration, parents will receive further detailed information about the camp arrangements.

2026-27 Network SIGN UP Announcement 📣

We are delighted to announce that both Fir Tree and Francis Baily have signed up to the 2026–27 SA Sports Network!

Fir Tree attended 13 of our events last year, with particularly strong performances in the Y5/6 Darts at The Crucible, both the Y5/6 Dodgeball Cup & Dodgeball League as well as the Year 5 Future Stars Football tournament at Hungerford Primary. They were also fantastic hosts for our KS2 X-Country Relays last year & are due to host another six events for us this year! We look forward to welcoming them to many more events across the 2026-27 Network!

We are equally delighted to welcome Francis Baily to the Network. They deservedly earned their Silver medals back in 2024-25 at our first ever event, the Year 5/6 Track Day, setting multiple records that still remain rightfully theirs, as well as recently attending our KS2 Tag Rugby Festival, hosted at Thatcham Rugby Club. We appreciate their support and trust in SA Sports and look forward to welcoming them to lots more events next year!

2026-27 Network SIGN UP Announcement 📣

We are delighted to announce that both Basildon and St Joseph’s are the next two schools to have signed up to the 2026–27 SA Sports Network!

Basildon have attended 6 of our events so far, performing superbly at everything, with highlights including a triumphant win in the Y5/6 Girls Football Cup, a 2nd place finish at our Y3/4 Track Day and Y5/6 Golf event, as well as taking the bronze ranking at our Y5/6 Track Day, Y5/6 Multisports Showdown and KS2 X-Country relays! They’ve had podium finishes at everything!! We look forward to welcoming them at a lot more events next year!

We are equally delighted to welcome St Joseph’s to the Network. Having not attended an SA Sports event before, they are officially joining Whitelands Park as our second new school. We appreciate their support and look forward to hosting them!

SA Sports ‘Star Sportsperson of the Week’ ⭐

We are delighted to announce that, starting next week, we will be introducing our Star Sportsperson of the Week initiative!

There are so many ways in which a student can earn this certificate. It could be for an outstanding performance at a SA Sports School Network event, fantastic efforts within a PE lesson or simply demonstrating the basics of resilience, teamwork or kindness at one of our morning clubs. Every student that we work with has the opportunity to be recognised as an SA Sports Star Sportsperson.

We look forward to announcing our winner, or winners, every Friday afternoon as part of our weekly club roundup posts!

Autumn Term 1 Morning Clubs Confirmed 🙌

We are delighted to be continuing our morning clubs at both Francis Baily and Curridge next half term, with two brand new sports!

All information was sent out by office staff of the respective schools before the summer holidays. If you missed any info, please contact us.

We look forward to receiving plenty of sign-ups before the w/c 7th September when the clubs all start!

2026-27 School Sports Network 🔜

We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved this year, with 24 events, cups and leagues throughout our first academic year.

However, we already cannot wait for next year!!! 64 events, 10 cups and 8 leagues, covering 26 different sports! It’ll be busy, but we cannot wait to share all the success with you!

Student Attendance & Opportunities 2025-26 🔢

Across our 24 events, cups and leagues this year, we’re proud to announce the final statistics, showing that we provided over 1500 student opportunities to represent their school throughout the academic year.

This makes us especially excited next year, with 82 events, cups and leagues already in the diary and the potential for over 5000 student opportunities in 2026-27! 🙌
