Masters Day 4 🌍

An exciting final day of the tournament at Briton Ferry! 🏆

The final winners of today were Czech Republic and Sealand, who took the Men’s 50s and 60s titles. 🏆

A huge thank you to all our members who have played over the last two days and then volunteered today, helping to ensure everything ran smoothly right up until the very end.

What a proud weekend it has been, seeing so many of our members taking to the pitch to play, coach, referee and volunteer.

It’s been an honour to support our Club Chairman Martin and the Community Reds.

Whether it’s been scoring a goal or changing a bin, we’ve covered so many different roles and made memories as a club that will last a lifetime. 🥰

We would also like to wish both our ladies, who unfortunately picked up injuries, a speedy recovery. 💖

Masters Day 3 ⚽️

Day 3 of the Masters at our home ground, Old Road, Briton Ferry — the sun continued to shine and the atmosphere remained amazing! ☀️

Alex Meah continued to represent the Cymru Dragons Whites Over 40s, while our ladies took to the pitch for Day 2, competing against England, Sealand, Ireland, Scotland and Celtic Nations.

Close matches throughout some wins but narrow losses which unfortunately prevented them getting to the finals.

The tournament continues today with the Over 50s and Over 60s men’s categories.

It’s your last chance to head down, soak up the atmosphere and see what walking football is all about! ⚽️

A huge congratulations to all our Over 40s and Over 50s ladies on their performances and results for Cymru Amanda’s Hi yesterday🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. There was passion, pride, determination and teamwork from the first whistle to the last.

And a huge well done to Martin, Stuart and Kevin. Seeing all their hard work come together for this fantastic tournament is incredible. 👏

Today, some of our ladies proudly take to the pitch, with the opening ceremony at 4pm, followed by kick-offs at 5pm. ⚽️

Alex also takes to the pitch for the Men’s 40s, with a 5pm start.
