With Pre Season well and truly boxed off, and no game on Sunday just gone, we wanted to recap an eventful 2026 Pre Season here at AFC Bowling Green before our inaugural season in the Crewe Regional Sunday Football League, Division 1 starts up next Sunday, 13th September.

No game for us this weekend just gone, with the Barony Park not in action until September 14th.

Pre Season officially boxed off ✅. And what a way to end it.

Too many performances to talk about. But what a group of blokes. A nice weekend off next weekend for us all to get together and have a few beers and a bite to eat (or wallop 12 pints 🍺), and then head into 2026/27 Season.

Solid performance from the boys today against an established CRSFL in AFC Dishers-Est 2023. Going 1-0 down in the first half, grafting back to to 2-1 at Half Time and shining through with the quality to finish 5-1 in the end.

A well deserved W, which was even sweeter through a fantastic penalty save by James Hopley🧤.
