This a favourite at all good Highland Games, and the McBrave Games is no exception!
The Stone Put is similar to the modern Shot Put, where women throw between 8-16lbs, and men 16-26lbs. The aim is very simple….to throw it as far as you can! .
You’ll all be having a “shot” at this, and the stone you are throwing will be a traditional river bed stone.
