Al-Karim Run Club

Last Saturday had seen another Saturday Run Club with the 💛

With races being booked in now towards the end of the year and training plans being the topic of all conversations the team all put their foot down on the acid test to work out strengths and weaknesses before their race days.

The gaffer and newest member of the family Ali, headed out for an early few K’s under the belt before linking up with the family for the 5K 🏃‍♂️

With solid efforts being put in all around the manor and a big push by Syid at the end (albeit being chased by 4 dogs 🐶), it was nice to also see a familiar face in Abdallah greet everyone at the top of the bridge for a nice catch up!

We go again tomorrow to tackle the tarmac! Feel free to come along and bring a friend! 🤩

Syid Completes the Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge 🤩

A massive well done to our very own Syid and the latest to complete the 6 week challenge earning himself a FREE OG Tee 🙌

Although he is still pending a gait analysis as not to mention no names… *cough* Akthar *cough* is still yet to take him over to our friends at UpandRunningMK to complete a gait analysis…

Syid is a prime example of what the is about. You’ll always see him smiling and getting himself stuck in, genuinely one of the nicest boys in the world and he’ll always help you out with a chat when you’re doing your laps around the Manor!

Well done to Syid and we can’t wait to get that medal round your neck at Silverstone in November 🏅

With some of the booking in their first ever races in now, it looks like a strong finish for the run club this year and array of medals looking to be added to the trophy (well medal) cabinet 🏅

With only three this weekend, the lads helped themselves to tormenting 7K of the tarmac, Ali picking up his 2nd run and well on his way to a free OG Tee courtesy of the gaffer from completing his Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge 🏃‍♂️💨

Last Saturday had seen the turn it another notch, and we’re not talking about the weather 👀🔥

With some exciting news soon to be shared, the run club were given an exclusive and shared some goals that as a run club we would like to achieve before the end of the year! 🙌

Sultan was kept honest with a debut from Ali, who first run in, hit his PB for the year 🏃‍♂️💨

It was also lovely to see our own super Jack back on his first proper run since being on the sidelines, a fan favourite and a heart made of gold to match his tan from Sicily 🤩

With the gaffer tailing with Iqbal, and the unc and nephew double act carrying a couple of injuries, Sayid and Akthar kept the middle of the line busy smashing through the tarmac 🚧

It was also lovely to see our very own Akeel after a few weeks who managed to not set his alarm but make it in time for the coffee and catch up in the end 🤥🤣

We have some exciting news coming up in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out 👀
